NominationNominations for Life Prizes awards are accepted only from a pre-selected group of more than 100 nominators, mostly leaders of pro-life groups, who support the same values and principles as the Gerard Health Foundation. Nominees will be evaluated by their achievements in public advocacy, scientific research, outreach and public disclosure activities, legal action or other noteworthy achievements. All living individuals and non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organizations residing or operating in the United States are eligible to be nominated. We reserve the right, however, to make exceptions for outstanding international achievements. We prefer that nominated individuals and organizations not be employees or agencies of government. Again, we reserve the right to make an exception for extraordinary achievements. Nominators may be nominated for a Life Prize award but they may not nominate themselves. The next Life Prizes nomination process will began June 1, 2010. The nominations have been distributed to 150+ people/organizations. Only those who were selected as nominators will be allowed to participate. Click here to view the nomination packets.
